Process
Creating a service from scratch
The team had an understanding of the needs and market research, so my first step was to choose a design system and made the first concepts of the service.
Working for the core
The main value was the ability to predict prices for users every day for each class of car. Prices could change even during the day, which is why we call them dynamic pricing. The development of the main feature allowed us to participate in exhibitions and get our first clients, after which we began to refine the service
Competitors market analysis
An important feature was the ability to get a real situation on the competitors' market. This included developing an interface that provided users with prices similar to your car classes, but from competitors. This way, you always knew what was happening on the market and could manage your income expectations.
Outcome
In its first year, the service received investments from Microsoft, Amazon and Nvidia and also increased the income of many clients by 12-35% due to the prices we predicted.
