Onboarding and teamwork
From the start of work, I quickly immersed myself in the processes, met a team of ten people and together with the Product Manager we defined further goals. We had a full-stack team, including front and back developers, a software tester, an analyst, and Project and Product managers.
Defining the main task
The main task was to transfer all clients to the new type of pricing. If before pricing was by car class, now it has become by model. But there was a fear that some clients would leave when they learned about the price increase.
The main value
I improved the personal account, helped formulate and design the logic of transferring clients to the new pricing. We also developed an admin panel for the new pricing.
Outcome
With the new tariff plan, the monthly income of the B2B direction increased by 21%. In addition, we attracted several large clients.
