Process
Understanding customers needs
One of the main tasks was to transfer the fleet of our largest clients to the system. Thus, we held workshops with them, where they noted what functionality was missing. As a result of the improvements, the clients entered their cars into our system and completely switched to it.
Expanding the boundaries
In addition to working with our main clients, we participated in rental exhibitions all over the USA. For them, we prepared landing pages, prototypes, and leaflets describing our product. As a result, we received several new customers.
Outcome
During our work in the product, we acquired several important large clients, launched an updated showcase and improved many important admin panel functions. Thus, the overall revenue increased by 53% and important clients transferred their cars to our system.
